Candia Hotel - Chania

This quiet pension is a minute from the sea and nice fish restaurants in a non touristy Greek neighborhood minutes from old town Chania and also the bus station. I really liked the management: cheerful, kind, helpful. Only complaint is a slight mildew smell in the bathroom--were i to want to stay longer that could have been an issue, however the hotel was full, so i may have gotten the worst room, dont know. Otherwise it was pleasant and quiet

Very good and I where there for 7 days

Hotel Candia is a small and very nice family-hotel just 50 meters from the beautiful beach Nea Hora. The hotel is run by Dimitra, who always smiles and is at your service 24-7. Unlike most hotels in the Chania-region, Chandia is situated in walkingdistance from the old and extremly beautiful venitian harbour, witch is a must in the evenings. The hotel has nice rooms with aircondition, a quiet lovely garden where we had our breakfast every morning, and a roof-terrace where we often sat down with a cold beer in the evening. This is much more than a one-star-hotel. This is a hotel we most certainly will recommend and we will for sure stay here the next time we go to Chania.

my experience at Hotel and apartment Candia are spledid. I can truely recommend the place. Quiet and all facilities and a very, very gentle staff. I will go there again a soon as possible.
