If you want a real rest come in Anjela! Village quietness, fruits smell and panoramic view of Budva along the way to hotel are ensured! The hotel is not so close to the beach but it gives benefits specified above.

good stay for a villa. rent a car or scooter is a must. it is possible to reach Budva/beaches by feet, but it will be quite challenging due of landscape :) once you have car/scooter it will be quite easy to reach Jaz Beach - very good one (for scooter passing to the beach was free; for the cars it might be 2,5 EUR fee as I think. Location of the Villa is perfect, in terms that there wouldn't be any tourists wandering around and this is rather quite place. as for the eat - as it a appartments, no food included indeed - for that matter Budva is reachable in 7-12 minutes. I usually made breakfast by myself and went to the Budva for lunch/dinner. Additionally, at MNE it seems to common some shops where you can buy meat/fish and ask for the fry - this is very cheap and tasty.
