Locust Tree Apartments - Budapest

We were there only for one night Jan. 2012, but still the expectations are more then wow. Very clean, spacious and with a parking place. We recommend that to anyone who are in the Budapest for the first or any other times to be. As far as we considered, surely we`ll be back again, right here.

Absolutely stunning apartment, so much more than we were expecting. We paid such a small price so we were prepared for something not to go to plan but turns out we received everything we were promised plus more!! Free DVD rentals, chocolate on arrival, free (very fast speed) internet, beautiful self equipped apartment that was always lovely and warm when we arrived from the freezing outside!! would definitely recommend the Locust Tree/Nova Apartments!

Been to Budapest before and this is by far the best deal so far. Huge clean modern apartment for three people at an excellent price. The shower head was a bit flimsy but is easily overlooked compared to everything else. Would highly resommend when on budget!!

The staff was very kind and helpful and the appartment was fine too spacious and with the proper facilities for breakfast etc.The location of the hotel was not the best but for its price was very good and close to the banks and metro. We spent a marvellous time in the Locust Tree Apatrment and in Boudapest.

Good location, near metro, grocerie stores and restaurants.

The room was new, clean,large,and quiet.The stuff are kind.There are a grocery store, a restaurant, a net cafe, an underground station, a bus stop in the neighborhood of the apartment and is very convenient. We spent comfortable time. In addition, we stay at this apartment by all means when we go to Budapest

Peter and Annetta were the best. I would recommend this place 100%. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with every thing we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location couldn't have been better. They helped with sites and locations. You bet I will be going back to Budapest and staying there again.

This is the second I have stayed with Locust Apartments. Though I expected the quality to be pretty much the same, things were much better. The agency contacted me within hours after I made the booking and gave very detailed (maybe even too detailed, if that's possible) instructions on basically everything. They have replied to a couple of e-mails on time and even got in touch with me on arrival day with a text message. The property looks very much like the photos and is a place you could actually live in, not only stay for a couple of days. The only thing which I don't like is that such agencies and properties, at these prices, don't exist in other cities in the region :(

On the arrival day, one hour before the check-in time, the Locust Tree Apartments management called me on the phone, telling they needed to reroute me to a different address. Then I don't actually know the Locust Tree apartment advertised on Venere.com, and some of the question about my review are not applicable(the ones I rated 0). The apartment I actually went was at the 6^ floor and the lift was often out of order, but the personnel helped with luggage. Apart from that it was very nice and well furnished and equipped. The location was quiet but very central. I liked my stay there!
