When booking the apartment you do not pay any deposit. But you can not cancel your reservation. In case of “NO-Show”, 100% for rental amount will be charged. On arrival you’ll be requested to pay the whole rental amount in cash. Only currency accepted is Euro. Also you’ll be asked to leave 150 Euros deposit to cover possible damages. This deposit is refundable when you leave.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

The apartment and the service are excellent. The builing is quite deteriorated and somewhat scary (although they seemed to be starting to renovate it). The builing on the photo is the one in front of, not the one the apartment is in. Location is also excellent, you can easily have a walk to the Danube, to the City Park, to the shopping and diversion areas and the main tram and metro lines.

Very nice, comfortable and quiet flat rightnext to everything you need and a few metres from Andrassy and its cafés and bars...metro and tram. Don't pay attention to the outside look of the building..The inside is awesome(and secured)and the welcoming really nice (a little hi to the friendly Russian couple who we met).To sum up just go and see and enjoy discovering Budapest!

The Arcadia Oktogon Flat is a large, non-smoking, fully appointed and welcoming apartment, consisting of two different but connected apartments: Silver Apartment and Green Apartment. Both apartments can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.Amenities in each apartment include wireless Internet access, satellite TV in each room and air-conditioning.
Kitchenettes have microwave ovens, electric cook tops, refrigerators, toasters, cookware and dinnerware. The Green Apartment also features a dishwasher.
Included/Not Included in the price
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Internet connection, towels, bed linen and the final cleaning are included in the price. The extra bed/third person charge is €15,00 per night. Late or early check in/out will be subject to an extra charge of €9,00. Use of air conditioning is not included in the price and costs €6,00 per night per apartment.
