A perfect solution for Bologna; next to the railway station (5' on foot) and to Piazza Maggiore (8'), the heart of life in Bologna. My flat was facing on an internal courtyard, no view but a wonderful silence... and via Galliera is full of little shops and restaurants. A nice location for a staying in Bologna, short or long doesn't matter...

A disk washer will be welcome and a better insonorisation between rooms and street should be better for customers

We had a fantastic stay and really liked the apartment,it's location, the ability to borrow bicycles from the hotel and the closeness to the railway station. The apartment we had was on via Galliera 61 and had a little balcony overlooking the inner yard. The room was spacious and clean with a small fridge and enough pots, pans and plates to cook some tortellini. Two things to be aware of - if you borrow bicycles from the hotel, don't leave them downstairs as the residents of the building will complain. We had to carry ours up one flight of stairs and leave them on the terrace. And the second thing is that even though there were two espresso cups provided (it seems like something compulsory in Italy), there was no espresso machine in the room. We resolved this by buying our own Bialetti mini espresso maker, which we now keep as a beautiful souvenir.

We've had a Studio appartment in via Milazzo 12, not a hotel room. The studio is spacious, but sparsely furnished. There's a kitchenette, but not many dishes, not even a pot to cook pasta. The fridge is so noisy, we deactivated it. (Reception staff did not provide any help.) Walls are poorly soundproofed. Bathroom facilities have some shortcomings. Overall, we've had a nice, but not excellent stay. Breakfast service is in the hotel (3 minutes on foot) and finishes at 9:30. We didn't use it.

Picking one of these appartments was a great choice. Really well located. The one we got it has 4 beds (we were only 2 people staying), so the place was huge. I think it would be great for small groups. We asked for a double bed but only got 2 beds together in stead. The appartment was a little far from the hotel but very nice breakfast. The only down is that it finishes kind of early... at 09.30. Very friendly staff. Really clean place. Oh by the way, there is no phone in the room and neither a bell to ring so keep it in mind

The apartment we rented wasn't very clean when we arrived. There were no glasses nor dishes. The toilet didn't drain well. It was far from the hotel where we had to have breakfast, it is better not to inclued breakfast on the rental. There was no number on the door of the apartement. We had to climb stairs after taking the lift to get to the apartement. The employees weren't very nice. When we asked at the hotel reception for the glasses and dishes, that should be at the apartment, they gave us three glasses and three dishes in a bag and we had to carry it to the apartment ourselves!!!
