Nice, clean and spacious apartment with a good location.

We were 3 adults travelling and the space for the bunk beds was really an alcove. If privacy and more space is needed suggest two full bedrooms are booked. If you are a family with a couple of children it is ideal. The standard of the hotel was excellent, the staff on reception a delight with good English to assist.Location is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants , bars , the movies every thing you could want.One disappointment for us was the lack of a washing machine either in the kitchen of the appartment or a washing /drying area in the hotel.We were travelling for another 2 weeks so this was a nuisance for us.If this is unimportant then each traveller will have a different opinion. Overall we would highly recommend this place.Some pointers are that breakfasts are over priced like all hotels. Fantastic boulangerie 2 mins away so create your own. Good supermarket under the Lafayette dept. store 2 mins from the hotel to buy fresh fruit or items to build your own meals to escape restaurants every evening. A trip over the Spanish border is very easy to San Sebastian to add variety.Beautiful coastal walks too or just laze on the great beaches. We had a marvelous time and will return.

Only one real problem - early morning dutsbin cart

El hotel está bien en conjunto. Resulta extraño que a partir de las 8 de la tarde y hasta las 8 de la mañana del día siguiente no haya personal en la recepción por si surge algún problema. Afortunadamente todo estuvo muy tranquilo. El personal muy amable y atento.

A very enjoyable stay. Location is very central to just about everything, some up and down walking because Biarritz is hilly but all sites and sights close by. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Spacious and well equipped rooms and kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Definitely value for money.

Great value for families or couples, very spacious, excellent location to the city for the price, would stay there again, had a nice feel about it. There was confusion about the rooms and price when we got there and thought that was the end of the matter. To the credit of the staff they further investigated it the next day and advised everything had been fixed up and we paid what we believed it should have been.

Stayed in an one bedromm apartment it was exactly what we expected clean and spacious. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.We did not have breakfast so i cant comment.The location was great very central.
