Apartments Checkpoint Charlie - Berlin

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Love the appartments. Nice and simple but we stayed 4 in the apparment and they still felt roomy. The appartment could do with a checkthrough to get rid of minor things like a loot of light bulbs not working and small things like that. We had our car in the basement which we paid extra for and in work out nicely. The surroundings are excellent. Just around the corner from Check Point Charlie and close to a lot of great things in Berlin. Underground just arround the corner and so is a bakery. Supermarket is just down the road. Great place!

The location is GREAT, it is located just 1 block from the Checkpoint-Charlie and at the same time next by Friedrichstraße, which is the main street of the city. The best location ever and it is not noicy at all!!I would recommand it to either couple, family or with a friend. The closest subway location is Stadmitte with is very helpfull also. Don't look anymore rent this apartment!!!

The appartmetn was in a great spot. Even if it was just arround the corner of Check Point Charlie, it was at the end of Chalottenstrasse and there was not a lot of traffic so it was very quiet. And you couldn't tell either that you had neighbours. All in all a great appartment with everything you need. There were 3 beds in the bedroom and one sleepingcouch in the livingroom. We had a great balcony out towards the yard - furnished. We had our car in the garage without any problems. The area is filled with places to eat and there are a couple of places to shop for food for the frigde. Loved the appartment and the place :) The only thing was, that the man who was there to meet us with the keys for the appartment and who we should pay, did not have anything to give us as receipt. We had to have him sign a piece of paper we had, to have anything that said we had paid. That's not okay, because it was a lot of money for us. But it worked out - but I did find it strange. But still - I would really love to stay there again.

It is a very good residance. The only negative things were: 1)we found dirty briefs blocking the door of the guardrobe! 2)the bed linen and pillows were clean but full of short hair!!

Spacious well appointed apartment with all facilities including washing machine. Wifi intermittent and sometimes poor signal. Great location in Berlin, and undercover parking excellent.
