BearlinCity Apartments Kudamm - 1 - Berlin

There are only 2 poor chairs and kitchen's equipment is rudimentary (plates, knifes, alimentary bolus, dishes...). Position's apartment in Berlin is very interesting and we enjoyed our stay.

We have had a nice, clean and bright apartment with little balcony and fully equipped kitchen. The location was awesome, few meters from KaDeWe and subway. The only problem was with the low water pressure in the shower :)

Extremely cost effective. Very convenient to bus and subway, as well as a food market and other services. Kitchen, balcony, comfortable bed. Absolutely no complaints and would stay there again in a minute.

Apartment itself is nothing breath-taking, but for the prices quoted it is very good value for money. It is bascially an apartment in a block of flats, the communal areas and lift were quite depressing. Location is excellent, Subway few minuutes walk, as is main shopping area in Berlin. Biggest department store, KaDeWe is 2 minutes walk. Daniel, who met us to exchange keys and payment could not have been any more helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. At end of trip, having been all round Berlin, and seen other neighbourhooods, we left very pleased that we had chosen to stay in this apartment. Sundays are a bit of a non-event in Berlin, not a lot happening, this was ok though as it enabled us to recover from our Saturday night partying.

Just in apartment in a block with good location. No reception or any other service. Friendly multilanguaged staff. The room was smokey. Kitchen stuff was poorly cleaned. Kettle was dirty inside. Thew room was quiet but our neighbours could hear us well. Curtains were missing on the kitchen.
