Vacation Rental Terralta - Benidorm

Would highly recommend this place. Had a fantastic time, the cleaniness of the apartments and surrounding area is second to none. Just a lovely place, would love to go back again. Apartments are very modern and spacious. The pools are fantastic for both children and adults. Cannot fault this place whatsoever. Is on a hill, however, dont let that put you off, there is always the local bus to get you in and out of town. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

The staff from the moment we arrived were so welcoming. they went out of their way to help with anything we needed. they were so pleasant and spoke great english ! the pool was amazing. spotless clean and the best part was the indoor pool for the chilly days !! the only draw back was the slow service at the bar and it was not busy but that is only a small complaint. the hills are very steep and would not recommend for those with walking problems. but it is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. i would definately reccomend the terralta to families. i will definatly be back !! thank you to all the staff that made this holiday great.

Clean, spacious apartment and excellent value, particularly as we stayed during the fiesta week. Walk into town not a problem for us although it would have been more difficult if we had been carrying beach gear etc. Be aware that the hotel collects a 60 euros refundable deposit (cash only) in case of damage to items in the apartment and also that the check out time is very early - 10am - particularly if you are in Benidorm to party. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked lovely. Apartments are equipped with twin beds and also sofa beds in the lounge area as well as a cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, glasses, plates, etc. All in all excellent value and the chap at reception when we checked in and out was charming and very helpful. We'll definitely go back.

It was a bity that we had to pay for the gym. I have ever been in a pool area where you cannot use plastic toys to play with like dolphin for a kid. I thought one of receptionist, man with mustache, where unrespectfull towards me and boys, when screaming at them when they came in from the pool. I told him i understood that they were to wet but he didn't stop shouting. THAT is something that is really making my rate towards hotel down dramaticly. Have never experience that before anywhere. We were behaving correctlhy all the time and did not diserve that behaivour. He was working there, we were guests!

Very very very good rate between price/quality. Something for the children every day. Good feeling.

We enjoyed an excellent holiday at Terralta-nice apartments, lovely amenities, great staff. Will be going back!!
