"The Alley" is located in the ancient fishing village of S.Giovanni, just few meters far away from the typical touristic dock and the magnificent villas with their amazing parks facing the lake.

Room Details

Two new apartments and a small villino completely renovated and air-conditioned.

"The Terrace", on the first floor, has a double bedroom, a large living room with a double sofa bed and open kitchen. There is a large furnished terrace above the internal private courtyard.

"The Loft", on the second floor, has a double bedroom, a mezzanine twin bedroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a double sofa bed.
It also has a large balcony that opens on the alleyway.

“The Casetta”, is a villino, facing into a private courtyard and garden. It has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Two bathroom with shower.

The fee includes bed linens, bath linens, internet access and free entrance at pool in the local sports club

Arriving in Milan-Malpensa Airport, from the terminal you can travel by bus to Como in 40 minutes, then travel by boat or bus again to Bellagio.

Arriving in Milan-Bergamo, from the terminal you can travel by bus to the train station and travel direction Bergamo-Lecco and Lecco- Varenna. From Varenna, Bellagio can be reached by ferry. The ferry station is 5 minutes walk from the train station. Taxi service is available outside the Varenna's station.
