Great value, as long as you don't mind being a short (20 min) from the centre of Bellagio. Car parking is not a problem and there is a supermarket around the corner.

we were very dissapointed in the condition of the appartment. It is very old and in need of some renovation. It is too far away to walk to the village in the heat and with young children. the outside area is really the steps leading up to the apartments so not suitable to sit in. Really spoilt out stay in Bellagio

We missed airconditioning, room was pretty hot. place was a bit too noizy because of the traffic. yes, this was first time.

Large flat in a hamlet of Bellagio, 30 minutes from the center by walking. Spacious bedroom and living room, small shower and kitchen. The owner is very kind and gives a lot of useful information. The small street along the appartment is VERY BUSY and noisy. The appartment is awfully dark, you can't stay there in the daytime without feeling in a cave. And the small terrace is right under the windows of two other appartments, so there is no private outside space. The kitchen is not very well equiped, with few old dishes and kitchen tools. You cannot do the final cleaning, you have to pay (read the hotel policies).

It was some difficulties to find the appartment. It was also to little space directly outside to sit and relax, but after all it was a nice appartment. Bellagio was a nice and pitoresque little town.

The host lady is very kind and helpful. Nice and quite place. Very good stay. The only problem is it is really far away from the central area of the town. The owner can drive you to the place you want.

Owner, Emilia graciously assisted us in meeting us & bringing us to apartment & provided directions to beach, restaurant suggestions etc. Parking is around the corner on adjacent street. There is a one way street beside apartment where you can drop off your luggage & bring upstairs into apartment. Supermarket is conveniently located walking distance, a couple of minutes down the street. From apartment it was only a 5 minute drive to go visit beautiful Bellagio.

The apartment is well situated in a unique courtyard setting close to a market. The apartment is very spacious and well cared for. It is good value. The owner can offer suggestions of where to dine to avoid the tourist traps. You need to bring your own basic supplies if you plan to use the kitchen as none are supplied. The apartment becomes noisy with traffic passing by from early morning to evening although we had a good sleep in the comfortable bed.

nice friendly welcoming. good quality finish to most of the apartment, but kitchen less so. kitchen area could also be better equiped. supermarket very close to the apartment. overall, a very pleasant apartment in a quiet location.

This was my first visit and was a big success. The appt was in a collection of old farm buildings and felt very rustic and was not touristy at all. The owner lived above and was very friendly and helpful. The appt is a perfect base from which to enjoy the surrouding area and benifited from close proximity to a supermarket. The 1 mile walk up from Bellagio is hilly but there is a bus service. I would recommend the appt and would certainly use it again.
