Apartment located in the beginning of Barceloneta´s main boulevard, Paseo Joan de Borbo, near the beach and just in front of the marina. Ideal for a family or small group, this apartment is on the 3rd floor in a typical building of the area without elevator. It is composed of two double bedrooms, a living room with view over the Marina, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has been restored and has modern furnishing while preserving the typical Catalan mosaic floors. The living room has a sofa bed for one additional person, a balcony with room for 2 chairs, flat screen TV, air-conditioning, dining area with table and chairs. The corridor leads to the spacious bathroom with two showers and the first bedroom which gives access to the second one. Other amenities include internet, DVD player, heating, dishwasher, washing machine and much more. The bedrooms are surrounded by a large balcony with chairs where you can admire the colourful district of Barceloneta.

The rest of the payment is due in cash at arrival. If you cancel less than 15 days before arrival, or in case of no show, you will be charged 100% of the rental cost. Within 24 hours you will receive another email from the apartment management with check-in details. If you don´t receive this email please contact us or dial 00346643888
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
