Its exceptional location will allow you to easily reach Barcelona Airport, as well as major landmarks and attractions in the Catalan capital city. Within walking distance is the FIRA (Barcelona'a trade fair park) and the Montjuïc hill, with some of the city's most important museums and monuments. Besides, using the underground you will be able to quickly reach Barcelona city centre, where you cannot miss Gaudí's Sagrada Familia, the elegant paseo de Gracia avenue, or the charming Gothic quarter. You will also have the possibility to go shopping or sunbathe on the city's golden beaches, a short ride away from the apartment. Located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator, this Barcelona pet-friendly holiday apartment has been totally refurbished to offer great comfort and the maximum independence. Moreover, you will find plenty of services in the apartment area, with many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

A little oasis of calm in the middle of a busy city! Well equipped apartment,with a lovely rooftop terrace that gets the evening sunshine - perfect for when the kids have gone to bed - you can also hear the crowds at the Camp Nou from here too! Extremely easy access to the Metro,and v close to a supermarket - also useful as Barcelona is quite a bit more expensive than other parts of Spain. Lots of nearby playgrounds for little ones (try Joan Miro Park). The owner was happy to arrange a a taxi with a really friendly driver to take us to the airport early on our last morning, for only 20 Euros (which works out cheaper for a family than taking the official airport bus). The apartment is a relatively easy walk to the Poble Espanyol and the Olympic Park (our 4 year old managed it no problem). Some appliances in the apartment are probably a little past their prime (e.g. toaster, microwave) but still work ok and are very clean. Our kids loved the quirky touches such as the old fashioned telephone and radio, plus the retro Action Man they found in a box. A great trip.

Yes, this was our first time not only at Vacation Rental Penthouse Center Town Apartment, but in Barcelona in general. And we don't regret staying at that place, as it just seemed to be paradise. Perfect location, a very comfortable apartment with great viws to the town, very friendly and helpful Lourdes who gave us lots of advices and made us feel welcomed in the city. Those 7 days were a real dream! Thank you, Lourdes!

I highly recommend this appartment to everyone who is not afraid walking to the fourth floor. Nevertheless, the penthouse is great and cozy and our children weren't willing to leave it, so we haven't seen as much Barcelona as it deserves. Excellent!

The location is really good. But the price is too high for such appartment. Very small. The pictures are not corresponded with the reality. The owner is very helpful and nice.
