Very spacious apartment, silent because of inner patio, has been cleaned each day. Very nice receptionist Amin. Sehr geräumiges Appartment, leise wegen Innenhof, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Sehr netter Rezeptionist Amin.

Never again!!! Rooms in the basement dark and small like jailcells , no closet, no window. No shelf and not even 1 hook for towels in the bathroom, door of the bathroom not closable, frame clotted with scotch band. Refrigerator loud, you have to switch it off or you can't sleep. Poorest equipment in the kitchen.The only table to sit is in the patio, 4 seats for 4 apartments (each of them houses 2 or 3 persons). And cockroaches! The day before we checked out they did not even clean the room. The price they charge is simply outrageous!!!

I reserved a single room, but actualy i could stay in a big room because of vacancies of the rooms.It was clean,calm and comfortable. Also the location of the apartment is very nice, just few minutes from the major street-Las Ramblas and Palau Guell. And the staff was very kind and friendly. I stayed there relaxed. Thank you !

staff helpful and hard working - this accommodation is highly unsuitable for mature people- disruptive behavious and noise from stag party- 12 young men location surrounding a mature couple- I would not recommend this accommodation

We (familiy, two children) stayed 3 nights in a 100 m2 appartment which was very nice, staff very friendly and helping, everything was excellent. Good location, metro station really near (two blocks away), could go in the old city on foot (30 minutes). Parking in a garage across the street.

Room Details
All the apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and a lovely patio in the middle. The apartments have two bedrooms and the facilities include a colour TV, satellite TV, work desk, mini-bar, Internet connection, air-conditoning/heating, safety deposit box, roomservice and free coffee/tea making facilities. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available on request. The apartments have everything you need to make your stay in Barcelona wonderful. It is centrally located and just 5 minutes from Las Ramblas and all tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, the sea and Gaudi museum.Accommodation Services

By airplaneCalle Guardia is parallel to Las Ramblas and the apartments are steps away from Gaudi Museum.
The closest metro station is Liceu (L3 – Green Line), which is on Las Ramblas. (8 minutes from Apartments)
From Liceu station, you will have to walk down towards the sea until you find ¨Carre Nou De La Rambla¨ Street on the right.
Walking down Carrer Nou de La Rambla Carrer Guardia will be the second street on the left.
Guests arriving to Prat airport are recommended to get a taxi in the case they are 4 or more people as getting 4 bus tickets to the city centre would almost cost 25€ which is what taxi cost.
Guests who are less than 4 people are recommended to get the ¨aerobus¨, which is the cheapest way to get to the city centre; Plaza Catalunya for about 4€ per ticket.
From Plaza Catalunya, you can walk down Las Ramblas untill you get to ¨Carrer Nou de La Rambla¨ or get the metro to Liceu station and follow the directions provided before.
By public transportation
