Excellent location anything you need in walking distance. No noise in the evening. Poor balkony, no room for 2. Bad cleaning on floors, bucket left behind and smelled all week. No shelves, no hangers for towels, no mirrors ( one ! in bathroom ) no where to put toiletthings. The couch in the very small livingroom more than a bit dirty. Good kitchen and a big plus for the very small elevator. A radio or stereo would have been nice. But great location. ADVICE: DONT eat at the Jules Verne on the Rambla, poor food and they RIP you off.

We spent one unforgettable week there in July. The flat is even bigger than in the pictures on the website. Its location is the best one in Barcelona. But the most important thing is our hostess Vanessa is so helpful, kind and nice. Thank you, Vanessa!!!

The apartment is ideally situated to explore Barcelona and the rooms are spacious enough. What bothered me was the loud music from upstairs at 1.30am. I can accept noise from outside in the streets because it is Barcelona. What is not acceptable was the loud music from the apartment above. Not ideal when you have a 6 month old baby. There was also no hot water.

5 minutes from the Rambla, 2 minutes from the underground station "Universitat", a nice apartment right in the center of Barcelona, ideal for tourists discovering the city and for those more attracted to nightlife. The girl who welcomed us in was really kind, and speaking a perfect italian. Next time I'm in Barcelona, this place will surely be my first choice.

Excellent accomodation overall. The man who let us in the apartment was very helpful. Excellent location. Floors were a little dusty, but that was the only problem. I would recommend this to anyone.
