MH Apartments Sagrada Familia - Barcelona

Perfect apartement for families. 3 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia (cathedral and metro-station). Traffic noise acceptable - use of "Ohropax" recommended. Rooms were modern, clean, the equipment very good.

Location and surroundings great. Apartment had al the facilities required.

Having rented "tiny" apartments overseas before, I was very happy to find this site had high ceilings and enough room for my family of 6. It exceeded my expectations. Now, if the weather had cooperated too...

Nice stay for the amount of Money paid. Nice location and kitchen of the apartment was furnished with all the neccessary appliances. We cooked for ourselves and saved a lot of money in dining outside. I would strongly recommend this apartment to group travellers and families. We had a nice vew to Sagrada Familia from our balcony.

We were pleased with the apartment and the facilties available for the price paid. The person who greeted us was not very welcoming and arrived late, he was very reluctant to answer any questions. It is worthwhile checking out where the restaurants are in walking distance before setting out as it is 20-30 minute walk to the tourist areas. The metro is close by for most places. The shop across from the apartments was very useful for basics. A good apartment if you do not want to be in the busy areas.

Appartement liegt sehr zentral, vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen, ansonsten U-Bahn sehr dicht, Räume hinten raus sehr ruhig, gerne jederzeit wieder, aufgrund "fliegendem Wechsel" der Gäste wäre mehr Zeit für Reinigung wünschenswert gewesen, trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!

Los alrrededores del apartamento son espectaculares, la amplitud y los servicios son muy buenos, si vuelvo a barcelona de nuevo estaria alli, lo unico que recomiendo a los propietarios es que le den un poco de mantenimiento por que seria triste que los aparatamentos se deterioraran.

Se dovessi tornare a Barcellona sicuramente tornerei in questi appartamenti.

The apartment was really beautiful big and well organized. We found in the cupboard the washing machine powder!Well done! Just one lack: the water might become very, very hot, and my son still has a big red spot on his arm. They should regulate the maximum temperature! The rooms near the street are noisy during the night, despite the good windows. The washing machine was not connected, and the woman said it was, so at the beginning we thought it was not working. We would come there again, of course we said to the personal the problems we faced and I hope they will solve them for next customers.

We had a great stay at the apartment; it was very well decorated and furnished and the service of the property management was very good. Our only comment was that the bath hadn't been cleaned properly and didn't have a plug. But that was very insignificant in comparison with everything else.

Excellent apartment, great location: very nice neighborhood, a supermarket across the street, subway stop (and Sagrada Familia church!) less than five minutes away. Rather heavy traffic in the street, but good sound insulation. The kitchen was well equipped (microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc.). ONly negative thing, the heating system worked only in the living room, not in the bedrooms, and the employees - very kind and quick - were not able to fix it. However, the living room heater was powerful enough to heat up the whole apartment!

Ottima sistemazione se viaggiate in gruppo a due passi dalla Sagrada Familia. Appartamento nuovo, molto carino, comodo, caldo, confortevole (ci sono due bagni) e attrezzato di tutto punto se volete cucinare o trattenervi per qualche tempo. La zona intorno non è delle migliori se amate la vita notturna ma con la metro (la fermata Sagrada Familia è veramente vicina) andate dove volete o percorrendo a piedi la Calle Valencia (se vi piace camminare) arrivate fino all'elegante Passeig de Gracia in pieno centro. Ottimo il servizio: basta chiamare il numero indicato quando arrivate all'aeroporto e all'ora convenuta vi accolgono all'appartamento per la consegna delle chiavi. Se siete in gruppo chiedete in anticipo una copia di chiavi supplementari che possono tornarvi utili.

Great apartment! Great modern-clean design and facilities! Very spacious. Great location! (two metro lines and plenty of bus-stations, inc. "Barcelona Tours", nearby. Shops - opposit, Segrada Fmilia - 3 minuts of slow walk). We were happy to find a DW, though it wasn't mantioned in the web. Employees were eager to help (in Spanish only...) but couldn't solve uncomfort that was caused due to a non-operating lift (for 3 days!). Mind you, the episode with the lift is our ONLY resentment. Over all, both our teenagers and us had a great time in the apartment. For sure it upgraded our visit in Barcelona! Warmly recommanded!!!

If you have a car, the private parking is very expensive, you need to find a place to park in a street around the flat.

On the all we were very pleased with the apartment. We did not know (because we were not told) that we would have to pay 150€ at the arrival. This money would be kept as a precaution measure and the delivered to us in the end, as it indeed was. We regret not having known that fact and blame those who are responsible for the apartment. Besides this incident, we consider it was a pleasant stay.
