Aramunt Apartments - Barcelona

The only annoyance was the location. It was at least a 15-minute brisk walk from the closest Metro station. That was unpleasant, given the combination of luggage and hot, sticky weather. No other places of interest to tourists in the immediate neighborhood.

Thanks for everything. Was great - the room was clean and the staff was very welcoming and warm. We will hopefully come again. Shalom from Israel.

It is an excellent option if you want to expend at least one week in Barcelona. Good location and great facilities. A good option for a family with children and a group of friends.

This is a small unit (bedroom separated by a timber blind) with fold out couch in lounge room which was uncomfortable for extra person travelling with us. Kitchen was well equiped and room was modern. Unit was clean. About 10 mins walk from Las Ramblas. Some restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Room not very cleaned.

Very close to the metro station. We had a standard room for up to 4 person and there was a very clean bathroom, kitchen corner with all equipment. A. plus is a supermercato nearby. a lot of gay clubs nearby if you are intrested in. Safe surroundings for girls coming back very late :-)

We are a family of four. We had a great week in Barcelona, and our stay in Aramunt was fine. The room could have been better equiped with kitchenware such as glasses, knives,forks and a coffemachine.

La estadía en los departamentos fue muy buena. Viajé con dos de mi hijos (25 y 18 años)y las comodidades eran más que suficientes. Lo recomiendo para una estadía de varios días, ya que el departamento estaba muy bien equipado, es bastante moderno, la atención del personal es muy buena y la ubicación nos resultó muy práctica. La relación precio-prestaciones fue más que satisfactoria considerando además el tema España.

Perfect apartment in Barcelona. Staff is nice and excellent service!!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits aux Aramunt Apartments. Le quartier est très agréable, avec de grandes avenues, des commerces et des restaurants, un peu à l'écart du centre touristique, mais tout près à pied; l'accueil également est très sympathique. L'équipement de l'appartement était conforme au descriptif, mais dans un très petit espace. Il s'agissait en fait d'un studio. Pour le même prix à Bruxelles j'avais loué un très grand appartement, avec un garage fermé gratuit, alors que le parking au pied de l'immeuble à Barcelone est payant (25 euros par jour). Je trouve que le rapport espace/prix est donc un peu décevant.

Very helpful staff on arrival who gave lots of info on location and transport etc. Around the corner from the apt is a supermarket, and public transport is very convenient to the apt. Apartment was spotless and had all the necessary equipment for cooking etc. However, neighbours were very noisy all one night (Friday night - party night in Barcelona?) but the management said they would do something about that. Heater was very efficient in the winter - but quite noisy when it was operating. Great to have a washing machine in the apartment, but not enough hot water in the shower for more than a couple of showers in an hour.

Wir hatten ein 1-Zimmer-Appartement, welches geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet war. Man hat schon erste Verschleißspuren gesehen und wenn die Appartments nicht gut gepflegt werden, werden sie in einigen Jahren nicht mehr so schön und ansprechend sein. Die Lage des Appartments ist gut für eine Besichtigung von Barcelona. Das gotische Viertel und die Rambla sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Rest geht gut mit der Metro.

We were a small group of 3 adults with one teenage child. Overall our stay was good, although there were one or two drawbacks. On a positive note, both flats were clean, well-resourced and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. Location is good, walking distance from some attractions and near to metro and bus. Downsides were: not clear where reception was when we arrived (it's on the 5th floor). One washbasin had a plug that didn't work and this wasn't repaired during our stay. Worst feature was the noise of underground trains from early morning till late at night - a problem for light sleepers on the lower floors of the building.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean, tidy, air conditioned and spacious(we were a familly of 2 adults, one 18 year old and one 15 year old). Location within walking distance of centre, Placa de Catalunya and Ramblas approx 15 mins, good supermarket around the corner. Would recommend it to anybody and would go back tomorrow

Apartment is in a busy district of Barcelona. If you go by car, parking is extremely expensive, E25 per day/ E0.05 cents per minute! Entrance, elevator, corridor looks terrible. Staff is very welcoming but their room they weelcome you gave me strong doubts against their apartments. However apartments are ok, so dont worry when first time step in. Noisy place, but Spain is a terible, ugly and noisy country. Apartment style is modern.

Muy comodo para ir con chicos. Muy bien equipado. Nos dieron mucha información. Bien ubicado.

Very comfortable. We left the couch open with the bed ready for the night therefore the space was a bit limited, because we were four. It is surely easier for a couple... Every thing was neat and well kept.

I've been to Barcelona once and I stayed in an 4 person apartment.

Great property, Great location. Maybe a bit noisy but ok considering it's location (busy street) Happy to have public transport at your front door. Great friendly staff. Strongly reccomend apartements

The Aramunt Departsments are very nice, have enough space for 3 persons. The room is clear and clean. The location is perfect, very close to the Rambler and other important places. I can recommend this apartment hotel.

Ottimo,curato nei dettagli,molto funzionale,vicino al centro e alla metro.Impiegati cordialissimi.Consiglio a gruppi di amici, non tanto a 2 coppie...poca privacy.

The apartment was ok, as well as the location. We had some problems with the bathroom (sink seemed stuffed) Everything else was fine. I warmly recommend this apartment.

These appartments are well located and equipped for basic cooking. Those considering a 3 or 4 person stay should be aware that there is no separate bedroom, just a sliding screen. The folding sofabed is comfortable, but prevents table extending to full size. OK for family on a budget.

This was a apartment in located near the city center an near communications. Since we were in Barcelona for the first time and came by plane, it was very difficult to understand how to get there by public transportation (Written information about how to get there was not easy to understand). We did not see so much of the staff, also when we received, so we had to call a telephone number to get the key. We were a family of four; 2 adults and 2 children. One minus was that it was not possible to close the door betweed bedroom (area) and livingroom (area). But over all it was a very good apartment to a economic price in the central of Barcelona. Recommended to families with up to two children (under 10 years old).

Really good location. Appartment was very neat and we had a roof terrace. Very very nice. In walking distance to the center and close to airport transportation. Kitchen well equipped. Everything was brand new in the appartment! Would definitely chose this place next time we go to Barcelona!
