Inside Barcelona Apartments Sants - Barcelona

The standard of the apartment was mostly over our expectations, and the location was great. The surroundings were quiet. Nice to have both dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. However, we would have preferred getting more information about how the water and the AC worked on arriving. Moreover, information about payment procedures was a bit contradictory. The person that met us on arriving said that we could pay more or less any day before departure. But after about 36 hours after our arrival, other BCN co-worker seemed exceedingly anxious to get the rest of the payment, and even came to the apartment to demand it (however politely). This was slightly embarrassing, and things could have been made clearer from the start. I mean, it was not as if we were trying to escape from paying. To sum up. The above notes may sound grumpy, but apart from that, and the fact that a cleaning lady arrived more or less at the same time as us in the apartment around 4.30 in the afternoon, things have worked smoothly, and we would be very happy to come again!

Large studio apartment in perfect location-close to Sants Station, grocery shopping, public transit,in non-touristy area nearby local restaurants. Equipped with every modern convenience. The staff member spoke excellent English and was friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

We had a great stay in Barcelona, the apartment was lovely - very nicely decorated and a kitchen better than at home. The only problems we had were trying to get into the apartment - we didn't realise we had to tell the office the EXACT time of arrival, so there was no-one there to let us in. However we just went to a local bar for a drink while we waited for the lady to let us in, so it was fine. We also never received a welcome pack, and I forgot to ask about it, but it would have been useful as it apparently had milk and tea bags in. Must remember next time. All in all, a great apartment, and we had a fab time.
