Very, very nice and helpful staff i.e. the owner of the residence. Good value for this money. The residence is close to bus stops and railway station which is good.

A very good place to stay in Juan les Pins. It is very close to the beach and it's plenty of shops in the surroundings. The room was clean and it is fully equipped. A gorgeous stay, I will come back for sure!

Very close to the Med and friendly helpful staff. Very useful as a base for travelling round the Riviera but very noisy at night. Great for a short stay and handy to have a kitchenette instead of a hotel stay

In the middle of Juan les Pins with small balconies on one side over-viewing a small square and the beach promenade, Cap de Antibes, yachts and the ocean. Short way to the beach, train, bakeries and shops, restaurants and nightlife. 2 km to the old town in Antibes. Take the boat to St Marguerite with small bathing bays from a cross the street. The rooms with balconies (with room for 2-3 persons) are in the shadows from abount 13.00, so it is nice to cool down there in the ocean breeze in the afternoon evening.

Overall, a great experience. We were two adults and two children (ages 12 and 8) staying in a two room apartment. This gave us a nice amount of space (including a surprisingly large bathroom) and the kitchenette was very convenient for breakfast and evening snacks. The location was great, a short walk from the Juan les Pins train station, the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The operators were very friendly and helpful.

Was a dream of a life time come true. Beautiful location, balcony, kitchenette, access to everything. The owners were the best you could find and would definitely return to stay there again.

Very kind employees, the owner even took care of our car (although it was not that easy to find a parking spot there)... all we had to do was just leave our luggages in the apartment and enjoy the beach. Rooms clean and spacious enough, top position. Highly recommended.

I met exatly what I was wating for: an exellent location, a kind and professional staff, quietness. Only one recommendation : it would be much more comfortable for guests if they have the possibility to leave the key at the reception desk.

France Résidence Hôtelière offers 1 bedroom apartments for up to 4 persons maximum,as well as studios for 2 persons.All apartments are air conditioned and soundproof, and feature private bathrooms with shower or bathtub and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, a living room with LCD flat screen TV (featuring more than 25 satellite channels in several languages, including French, English, Spanish, Italian and German), and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king-size bed or twin beds, individually controlled air conditioning, Internet plug, direct dial telephone, safety box and double glazed windows. Four apartments have 2 private furnished balconies overlooking the sea, whereas the other four accommodations have sea view without balcony. All studios are furnished with fully equipped cooking corner, double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet, and hairdryer. How to reach France Résidence Hôtelière
By carFrom A6 highway, exit at Cannes following the directions to Nice-Bord de Mer. Continue to Juan les Pins-Bord de Mer. When you arrive in Juan les Pins follow the signs to Gare SNCF. In front of train station drive down Avenue de L’Esterel, then turn left into into Avenue de l'Amiral Courbet, then first right and first right again.
From Nice, drive southbound along the Promenade des Anglais, continue on this road toward Cannes. The road will change name and go through several towns of the Riviera (toward Cannes and Antibes). When you arrive at Antibes, follow the directions to Juan Les Pins. Reach the train station, then drive down the Avenue de L'Esterel, then turn left into into Avenue de l'Amiral Courbet, then first right and first right again. By train
Take the regional train (Ventimille-Saint Raphaël) to Juan Les Pins train station.
By airplane
From Nice Airport take a taxi to the hotel. Alternatively, you can take a bus outside the airport toward Cannes and get off at Juan Les Pins-La Regence stop. Walk toward the beach along Avenue Courbet, turn left onto Avenue Louis Gallet, then right onto Avenue Alexandre III.
