Frans Hals Loft - Amsterdam

Great location in Amsterdam (museum quarter), near a fresh market, the man who gave us the keys was extremely friendly, make note that check-in doesn't start till 3pm, also make sure that you are aware of the pay in cash only and the 200euro damage deposit, also make sure to contact the owners to arrange the time you aim to check in so they are available. The cupboards were filled with food, teas, coffees etc and the kitchenette was able to make any food with a microwave under the sink aswell. The bed was very confortable and the room was really well-lit with large windows and views of the adjoining streets. Very well-maintained, thoroughly enjoyed are stays, would recommend and certainly return there if we were to visit again.

The owner was very helpful and we appreciated his hospitality very much. The apartment was perfect in all its details and had everthing we needed. We've enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward to come back. Mind the stairs!!

A wonderful efficiency apartment, well stocked by a great landlord, located perfectly for easy access to museums, tram lines, food shopping and restaurants. This was our first stay in Amsterdam, and for future visits we will return to the Frans Hals Loft. The landlord is especially helpful and accomodating. The room is exceptionally quiet; the view of the street below is part of its charm. The stairs indeed are steep, but that became part of the loft's interest, as well as a daily challenge.

Great apartment with everything you need from basic facilities like shower and fridge to detailed maps of the city and tasty cheese in the fridge.

A small nice apartment in the attic. Original design. Convenient and reasonable arrangement of furniture in small space. A fridge was full of food. Free Internet. The hosts are very nice and friendly and provided us wis full necessary information. Good location, easily accessible from the railway station by tram anr then 3 minutes walk. There are museums, market, supermarket near (walking distance). The only drawback is the lack of elevator and a very narrow spiral stairs, it is inconvenient for large suitcases.

Fantastic! This place is perfect for a couple - it is a great location, beautiful stylish and modern apartment with everything you need, and the well stocked fridge is a real bonus! Very friendly owners and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be returning.
