Excellent hotel and location.

A late arrivel with Ryainair on our way to Verona. Next time will we stay at Una Hotel Bologna and travel around from there.

Ideally situated to use as base for day trips by trains to other cities. Trains were air-conditioned and on time! Very easy to use. Make sure you 'punch' your ticket before trip. Loved the hotel, beds were the most comfortable ever had in hotels. Everything in working order and immaculate. Staff had good local knowledge and could guide you to some lovely 'hidden' sights in Bologna. Check out the old market stalls/deli for salami and pasta. Very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

We were in Bologna for 36 hours and were delighted with the service. The Una Hotel allowed us to access our room when we arrived at 11 a.m. and kept our luggage after we checked out the following morning, so that we could explore the city to the fullest extent. Views from our 5th floor room were fantastic, decor was inventive. Be sure to check out the massage chair in the lobby.

Very comfortable, modern hotel, close to station and main street. Friendly, helpful staff. Cool modern rooms are well equipped. Good breakfast by Italian hotel standards. Well worth a visit.

I stayed here last year and found the hotel as good as ever. The surrounding area is not bad as it is a short walk accross the road ro the station and there is agood bus service to Bologna Airport. It is only a 15 minute walk to the historic centre of the city, which is well worth a visit and there are many fine restaurants in the centre.

Very nice hotel. Staff was extremely helpful - made a couple of great restaraunt recommendations. Only concern was they continually had MTV on the TV monitors in the bar. I had to go next door to the Starwood to watch the soccer game. The bar was very nice and the 6:30 happy hour snacks were great!!!! We went on a tour in Parma and we had to leave before breakfast and they packed us a wonderful breakfast to eat on the train. Excellent hotel and excellent staff.

Attractive very modern design for the rooms and public areas; a pleasant surprise to find the room had tea/coffee making facilities; internet access not cheap but via network cable which is often better than wireless in hotels; only minor problem is the fixed shower screen on the bath, which was so small it was all but impossible to avoid spraying water around the room when showering...

My major complaint ( about which I have written the Direzione Generale in Colenzano ) is that the 'room amenities' specifically listed a refrigerator and a coffee maker on the website. Neither of these were available in Room 515 and we only managed to get a kettle and supplies after complaining to reception. We were led to believe that we had not been allocated a room with a fridge etc., because "the hotel was full" even though the booking was made on 4/o4/07

Modern hotel convenient to train station. As a tourist, Bologna was not very impressive. I would recommend the hotel. If you are interested in leisure travel, I would not recommend Bologna as a destination.

Very good hotel in the center of the town. The cost is acceptable considering the very good quality.

Very nice, modern and cosy hotel, with an excelent location near the train station. Very recommended for a short trip to Bologna.

Only complaint was staff who, with exception of Balthasare(?) on reception, were concerned only with either polishing hotel or entertaining themselves. Guests were a bit of a nuisance! Otherwise hotel excellant, location ideal for us - near shopping and station for trips.
