Staff at reception were very pleasant. In dining room, adequate but not engaging. This hotel would suit people who want a cheap bed prior to catching an early morning flight and do not expect top class conditions. Apart from a roomy double bed the sleeping accommodation in the 'triple' room was comfortless.

Very basic, no real facilities like a bar/lounge area only a cafeteria next door. Further away from the airport than is made out. Only to be used for an overnight stay in my opinion.

Hotel was convenient, near the airport and pretty central, I only booked a room and was glad as there restaurant had a very bad smell from it, like a dampness coming from the floor so we did not eat there at all...

For the price paid (excellent deal)we could not really complain but the hotel was a totally faceless and the rooms lacking in everything but the essentials. It was so close to the airport that it proved to be ideal for an early morning get away.

The stench of smoke throughout this hotel has ensured the I will NEVER again stay in any Travelodge until they implement a NO SMOKING policy in all areas of the hotel like every other hotel in Ireland

There are several issues with this hotel. When we got there, we discovered that the room would have been cheaper if we had booked directly with the hotel vs. through Venere. Also, they put us in smoking rooms to begin with. Regardless of where you stay in the hotel, you have to walk through the smoking room hall, which has a terribly unclean odor. We paid an extra £10 to check in early, and the room wasn't clean. The bus stops were close, but there was no safe way to get there. We had to cross heavy traffic near a busy round-about. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.

L'hotel è comodo per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto, ma le camere sono molto umide. Va bene per una notte.

We (3 pers.) stayed there for 1 night , because we had a flight early in the next morning, so the location near the airport was excellent, only 5 min. to the airport. Also good bus connection to the center of Dublin (bus 41). Clean room with big bathroom and tea/coffea maker facilities.

Travelodge - basic accomodation. Quite cheap. However, no decent public transport links into city, nor to Malahide Castle. Spent most of my time walking, or taking taxis.

Without notification, the reception gave me a smoking bedroom. It smelt awfully and the hotel was complete. Really unpleasant... and no commercial.

This hotel was a typical travelodge - only bare necessities provided. The ambience is cold. The staff however, was very helpful.

The step-up to the shower was incredibly high. Difficult for seniors.

To get to this hotel, you need to catch a bus which takes 60 minutes from Dublin city - this is the only form of transport available. Otherwise a 25 euro taxi from the city or a 15 euro taxi to the airport. My friend and I got bed bug bites from the quilt - as they do not have sheets on the bed!

Eviter de donner une chambre avec une banquette pour une troisième personne, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'un adulte.

Soluzione perfetta per pernottare vicino all'aeroporto. Camera spaziosa, pulita, accoglienza calorosa.

Our stay was for an evening visit before catching the ferry. Basic, value for money. Restaurant attached does not come up to the standard of the one attached to Cork Airport Travelodge.

I´ve stayed in this Hotel before and both times I find the rooms are nice and clean but the problem is the noise that comes from the other guests. The rooms don´t seem to be very well insulated against noise. I expect some noise from other people in the hotel but this hotel seems to be a lot worse than in any other I have stayed in.

We stayed here two nights in early September 2007 based primarily on it's proximity to Dublin Airport (5 mins by car) and it's relatively reasonable cost. Parking was a little tight but we got a place. Staff at reception were perfectly pleasant and welcoming. To access our room we had to pass along a corridor passing several rooms presumably set aside for smokers. The stench of cigarette smoke in the first part of that corridor was unpleasant to say the least. Once in the room it was fairly good. However there was no hairdryer, little in the way of toiletries provide e.g. no shampoo sachets, the heated towel rail (should we have wanted to use it) did not work, the shower control valve dripped constantly making it a necessity to keep the bathroom door shut during the night to block out the noise. The shower would also only deliver cold water although the bath taps were ok. The heads on the sink taps had also worked loose. Overall an impression was given of poor room maintenance although note was taken of the shower's deficiencies as we checked out. Breakfast was advertised as a choice of continental or a full Irish fry up. There was little in the way of the former available and the latter looked fried up for quite a time before we arrived in the restaurant area about 9am. We ate elsewhere. In summary the place was convenient for us but in future we would look for better elsewhere.
