The hotel was far better than some reviews I read in past. The trains noise is the only problem and receptionists are not really smiling as you expected in the USA. The room was good and have a very good toilet. ah, the restaurant was good for breakfast and the staff really friendly. sadly there are not many non chain restaurants nearby but a great american style cafe with great food walking 10-15 minutes away. Chicago is a great city to visit.

The hotel was old and poor maintened in areas like elevator. Also it was not clean enough, the quiteness of the room was not good (too close to air conditioning fans). Not invoice was possible due to printer failure
