Camere Elisabetta is a great place to stay if you want a cliff-side view of the ocean and an amazing balcony. Be ready to climb lots of steps! The rooms are small, but can easily accomodate two travelers. The owners were friendly too. Remember that you must pay in cash. We loved leaving the window open at night and sleeping with the sound of waves crashing in the background!

We were grateful for Elisabetta's husband's help carrying our bags up SO many steps to the apartment. We also didn't expect him to offer to clean the room every day. Furniture was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Great view from the upper patio. Reasons I would not stay there again: way too many steps for my husband, I wish there had been a few more dishes and forks etc in the kitchen, the granite steps to bedroom were very slippery. Also I'd look for someplace further from the train station because of the noise.

Elisabetta and Joseph were lovely and met us when we got off the train. The climb to the room was tough but the view was well worth it. The room was very tiny and the bathroom was certainly adequate. The view from our room and the 360 degree view from the terrace above was wonderful. There was another deck just below or room so we loved that.

Very helpful gracious hosts, wonderful town, great room location, and an absolutely fantastic view from the terrace!! Because the town is in the cliffs (hence the great views),one must be able to climb steps.

We had an extremely small room ["cabin" is probably a more apt description!] (8' x 8') which seemed to be a recent addition on the roof terrace. It was so small that it could only fit in a queen-sized bed and a small fridge which top doubled up as a small bedside table. (There was a small table lamp on it but we removed it, otherwise we would definitely have knocked it down!). There was a plastic table and 2 plastic chairs placed outside our room, on the terrace, for our use. That was fine with us - the terrace was like having our very own open-air living room! The view from the terrace(and the fact that one only needed to open the door of the room and one would be immediately welcomed by the view of the sea from the terrace) more than made up for the cramped space of the room!! The tiny bathroom was spotlessly clean too. Overall, though, the price we paid (85Euros) was still high, considering there was no breakfast, and not even an electric kettle to make a cup of tea on a cold morning!
