We enjoyed our stay. They came to meet us at Rialto as Venice can be hard to navigate. Conveniently placed between Rialto and S. Marco. Rooms were clean and were simple but had just what we needed, didn't have to ask for anything. Simple and nice breakfast. They were helpful at the desk and warned us of the Aqua Alta times. After hearing that Venice acc is dingy and overpriced we were quite pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic location - easy walk from Arena and central old town. Beautiful typical 'Verona' style building. Rooms fairly spacious for Europe, and it was good to have a private bathrrom although this wasn't ensuite. Shared kitchen area was fine as there are only 2 rooms so it can't get crowded. Clean and fairly quiet - there are church bells nearby but we enjoyed their flourish! Would definitely stay again. Only negative is that you must call the manager when you arrive to come and let you in. It took us a while to find the right contact number, area code etc... however once we made contact she was there within 2 minutes. If we hadn't had a mobile we would have struggled!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. It was on a quiet street and the room was clean and quiet. Having breakfast brought to our room was a very nice service. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location and not too expensive. Clean room with modern bathroom. No elevator but Davide helped us bring our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. Beautiful shops and lots of restaurants around every corner from the hotel, 5 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. If you don't want to catch a water taxi, it is only a few minutes walk from the Rialto ferry stop - just have a detailed map of Venice or written directions as it is a bit tricky to find the first time. We would definitely stay here again.

By car
From the highway, follow the indications to Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto, where you can park your car. From Piazzale Roma, take vaporetto line 1 or 82 and get off at the Ponte di Rialto stop. From the Rialto bridge, follow Riva di Ferro, turn left on Calle Largo Mazzini and go past the San Salvador church. Continue straight ahead through Merceria, turn right onto Calle Ballote and left onto Calle di Mezzo (which is the third street).

By train
From the Santa Lucia railway station, take vaporetto line 1 or 82 and get off at the Ponte di Rialto stop, following from there the above mentioned indications.

By airplane
From Venice airport, take the Alilaguna shuttle until the S.Zaccaria stop and walk a few steps to the Rialto bridge. Follow Riva di Ferro, turn left on Calle Largo Mazzini and go past the San Salvador church. Continue straight ahead through Merceria, turn right on Calle Ballote and left on Calle di Mezzo (which is the third street).
