Very nice appartment and super location. We will recommend it to friends because it is the perfect way to stay in Venice. Only remark: Our appartment did not have the kitchen facilities as advertised and the fridge was broken. Besides that, very nice and clean rooms which is most important.

This was a fabulous deal and a lovely apartment. Both of our hosts were helpful and eager to assist us with any needs during our stay in Venice. The apartment even came with a Prosecco, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Overall, it is an excellent option.

il posto e' carino, pulito anche se la strada per raggiungerlo non facile e isolata. Consiglierei tuttavia di riservare solo la suite ambra poiche'nella suite selva la cucina praticamente non esiste a differenza di quanto segnalato sul sito internet.

By train
From Santa Lucia railway station, take vaporetto number 1 to the Rialto stop and walk from there.

From Venice airport, take the bus to Piazzale Roma, change to vaporetto number 1, get off at Rialto and walk from there.

Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. Guests are kindly asked to contact the hotel to communicate the exact time of arrival. Check-in after 8 p.m. or 2 hours after the estimated arrival time incurs a surcharge of €30,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms no later than 11 a.m.
