Rooms are ok and quite clean but it's a bit expensive if compared with very good hotels present in the area. Extra costs are claimed when you arrive in the site and it's a bit surprising.

Excelent B&B near metro San Paolo and Eur Roma, god service and cleanliness of room. Il personale è eccelente, la cucina e i servizi offerti ottimi.

Adatto a chi vuole visitare Roma tutto il giorno e torna al BB solo per dormire. Si spende poco e ovviamente non si può pretendere la luna. Colazione però fai da te e non servita. Adatta ai giovani

BB Sostene - the pictures does not goes with the reality. Definately not! the room was smaaaall and the walls very thin, so u hear everything what is going on behind your door. The cleanliness was excellent and the location aswell.

The map was not clear and not understand. The room is cozy and clran. There is an electric heater in the room, when I used it ,it was quickly down a breaker. There was nothing for it used only heater in dark room... I stayed on 2 nighits. First,there are no one near my room, but on next day,come the family(maybe). It became noisy.(door,children ...flash the bath) So when I took the shower,it change the coold wather suddenly. But room was cozy and clean ,I like but felt a little expensive.

Very well located place. Roberto was helpful and nice. Thanks for everything. We had a great time, though touristic information wasn't enough.

The place is located close to the Metro, which makes it easy to get into Termini, Colloseum etc. It is an ok place to stay if you don't spend too much time in the apartment but rather spend your time outdoor...

While in a more residential neighborhood, this accomodation is close to the subway and its very easy to get to all the sites. There's lots of privacy and the room was very clean.

If your are dietting, it's your B&B: some dry cakes low priced and that's all. If your are lucky, you can find in the cupboard some juice fruit : just take it : it's better than water.... It's more a B&N (Bed and Nothing) than a B&B (bed and breakfast)... Don't aspect an english or continental breakfast with a first class service : do it yourself with the stuff laid on the tables... Anyway, it's in a quiet place and you can reach the underground within a 5min. walk.

When actually liasing with the landlord he underlined it was VERY important to call BEFORE arriving, allowing someone to be present to welcome us. Further we were requested to bring CASH to be pay upfront. We were a little concerned about both. As we arrived to the Metro station, approx 10 minutes before actual arival, we called to arrange for welcoming. Unfortunatelly we got lost on our way (the internet map was very small), hence it took us 40 minutes instead of 10 minutes to get there. When we finally arrived, nobody was there. I called the landlord again. The landlord was very unimpressed with us, and gave me a mobile phone number to the actual guy, that was ment to greet us, in order for us to appologise, "smoothen him up" and arrange for him to return to the guest house. The man that finally came to meet us was very abrupt and unfriendly. The whole payment process turned out to be a farce, which might be my fault as I think I got the price wrong, by EUR 5 per night. ----- The guest house is actually a 4 bedroomed flat, converted into B&B. There is no staff on the premisses. The promissed breakfast comprised of a table with a selection of prepacked Italian bisquits and jam. No fresh bread or anything. ----- In the overall the room was OK, though not as seen on the picture. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. We had an OK stay, though I won't recommend it to friends and family. With regards

We had a great time in Rome and we can only recommed BB Sostene to all families who are looking for a quiet place not to far away from the centre of the city. With the Metro and buses, everything is near.
