I think the rooms had been modernised since the web page photos were taken which was a nice surprise. It would have been nice to have another mirror over the desk area as the room was a little sparse for a luxury hotel. Also turn on the heated towel rail to help dry hand washing. The 8.30 am breakfast was too late but we managed pretty well on our own at an earlier time.

Rooms were in a good, convenient location. Functional, for the visitor who wants convenience. Right on top of the underground and at the end of a main shopping / restaurant area. Enjoyed the stay, especially the seafood restaurant mario (owner) suggested.

The entrance of the palace is in front of line A stop (Flaminio-P.za del Popolo) of the subway and at the terminus of line 2 of the tram. Within few meters, you can see North Rome railway station, and many city buses (among which those tourists), while crossing Piazza del Popolo there is a taxi parking. In the near proximity you can also find paying car parks.
