The suites at Domus Livia are in a excellent location. Step out of the building and you are on Via Nazionale and buses #40 and #64 go past. you can to most places in Rome with these buses. A lot of the sightseeing can be done by walking from the suites. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. A small supermarket is close. A typical Italian breakfast is served in the room. The earliest time was 8am.

our air conditioner was not working, the emergency contact number didnot answer and there was no one to contact since the hotel does not have anyone at the desk after 8PM until 8AM. the rooms are VERY small. There were 3 of us and only one set of keys were provided at check in. we were not htinking to ask for a second set of keys when we checked in and no extra keys were offered to us. Make sure you ask for the extra keys because there is no way to get into the hotel.

Overall our stay at Domus Livia was enjoyable. Everything was as expected ... the rooms are small, but clean and comfortable enough considering we were out most of the time anyway. The location was perfect for walking to many of the Rome sites. Just a short ride on the public bus to the Vatican.

Very conveniently located and quiet. We had a family room which wasnt too cramped as can so often be the case. would certainly recommend Domus Livia.

From the Roma Termini train station take bus line 64 or 40 and get off at the second stop in via Nazionale.

By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for the Roma Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Roma Termini station takes about 20 minutes.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. Arrivals between 11 p.m. and 12.30 a.m. are subject to an extra charge of €15,00 to pay cash at arrival. Arrivals later than 12.30 a.m. are subject to an extra charge of €30,00 to pay cash at arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
