Staff were very nice and very helpful, however, room descriptions are a bit misleading when they state private bathroom as the bathroom is at the opposite end of the hall, so although it is private in terms of for your use alone, it's not private in terms of having to run along after having showered with only your dressing gown for company and meeting fellow guests in the hallway....bit of a dormitory feel to it!!

The location is terrific - very close to the Barberini metro station and walking distance to the Spanish steps. The staff is very helpful booking dinner reservations or answering questions about anything you want to see in Rome. The only thing we didn't like about the room (green room) was the shower in the bathroom - it was really a nightmare because it's so small and when the shower is on you cannot escape the water deluge. Even though we were in the middle of a busy city, we could shut out the noise with the double paned windows. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
