El hotel está muy bien ubicado, al lado del metro y de la via veneto. Excelente la habitación con gran espacio. Pasamos un rato muy agradable. El desayuno es pobre en comparación con otros hoteles en que estuvimos en Italia.

Very good service and nice people. We got the spacious apartment on the ground floor, but very quiet neighborhood.

The hotel is at a great location - only about 10 rooms located on the 2nd floor of a building. No lobby or public areas. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We had the first room next to the entry. You can hear everything that goes on in front - do not get that room. Jacuzzi that is indicated on the web is a jacuzzi showerhead in a very small shower. Breakfast is served in the room & conasists of rolls, orange juice, & coffee or tea. The only place to eat in the room is a small desk with one chair. Very basic furnishing but no drawer space at all. We enjoyed our stay - but for 195E per night it was rather expensive for what we got.

The staff members were amazingly helpful and nice. The recently renovated room was very clean and a reasonable size, by European standards. There was a large bathroom with a bidet. The location is awesome, right next to the subway, tourist bus, and a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, ten minutes to the Pantheon. There are tons of restaurants in the neighborhood. This hotel is highly recommended if you like boutique hotels.

The location of Residenza Domiziano is perfect for sightseeing in Rome, close to metro, walking distance to everything but this is not the best part of this property. The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent. The night manager, the owner and the house keeper are all friendly, committed to making your stay a pleasant one and available for advice and directions. Airport transportation scheduled by the owner was appreciated and the selected service was reputable and friendly. My family and I would return to Residenza Domiziano again.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean, nicely furnished room. There isn't a restaurant here but we found the breakfast in bed as a benefit not a problem. Centrally located. Would definitely recommend this for a short stay in Rome.

This hotel was excellent. Ideally located right beside Piazza/Metro Barberini (and a taxi rank), the staff were wonderful, most helpful and courteous. This place was great - big bathroom and good shower; breakfast served to your room. There's even a little shop directly below for water etc. The room was spotless. We will definitely stay here again. One tiny complaint was that we were in a room quite close to reception. As a result, there was some noise from phonecalls/dealing with customers that we could hear. I stress that this was only a problem as we were recovering from a wedding one morning so were a little tender. There would have been no issue had we been up and sightseeing at a respectable time of the morning!

Once you have decided you don't necessarily need a classical type hotel (means lounge, bar, breakfast room, etc) Residenza Domiziano is a perfect choice. First, because you will live in the hard core of Rome, close by feet to any needs of every type of vacation. Second, because R.D. is a brand new hotel (that's only for the interior since the block of flats is a very old, very typical stone-made huge Roman building), very clean, very quite (the rear rooms), and the owners are very polite, very patient, really gentle people who will try to comfort you. The very best at. R.D. is the size and the quality of mattress. Also very best is the shiny, spacy bathroom. The worse is the breakfast facilities (you can only have breakfast sitted on the bed). A last note that has to do rather with Rome than the property, is that the rates in Rome during Easter days are extraordinarily higher. So, if one doesn't really care is better to visit the town another period.
