The B&B is a in the centre of Palermo, near piazza Marina -actually the most vivid and friendly neighbourhood of the city. The B&B occupies two large appartments on the first floor of a residential bulding. All the rooms overlook the yaght-marina of Palermo, are spacious and wellequiped, with simple though stylish furniture, giving the sense that you live on a boat. The common areas of the B&B are limited but friendly to sit in. The baths were new and with hot water all day long. The italian breakfast was not rich, though if you wish served in the room on a silver tray. The staff of the hotel was extremelly young and generally friendly.

It's neat, modern, and stylish. Port view is good for me. You can easily park your car. Every travel interest is attainable by walking. There are some good places to eat nearby, too. I guess eating is easy in Palermo.

We have chosen this hotel to be in a walking distance to the Conference venue that we attended. This worked just fine. Despite non-existing common areas and relatively tight living conditions, the area is green with a beautiful Villa Garibaldi (a city park), surrounded by the impressive Palazzos and multiple restaurants. The pictures on the site are deceptive, showing the really beatiful view of the Marina, yet conviniently hiding the highway below. For those sensitive to outside noise, this is one of the worst located hotels where the windows face one of the major transportation road with heavy trucks, tourist and city buses, millions of the motorbikes, et-al that move constantly around the clock. The young stuff is pleasant and obliging. Breakfasts are super-basic, to say the least.
