Of these, two are each composed of two bedrooms, one fixed marriage and one double room (converted into marriage), with two further additional posts in the sofa in the living room, three other apartments each have a master bedroom sets and two seats Add-in sofa in the living room. All apartments are ground floor with independent entrance from the garden, bathroom with shower; they also have kitchen / living room / dining room, unless the apartment "blu" with kitchen and living / dining room with fireplace; everyone is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and bedding, bath and kitchen linen changed weekly.
Each apartment has a front-entered an area in the garden, equipped with sunshade, table, chairs and sun loungers.
There are also two double bedrooms with bathrooms.

By car
For those coming from the south (from Rome) along the State Highway N. 1 Aurelia, exceeded the exit to Orbetello, exit right towards Magliano in Toscana / Manciano / Saturnia, at the roundabout (loc. Barca del Grazi), continue straight towards Magliano in Toscana and after 500 meters turn left onto Provincial Road N. 56 S. Donato, in the vicinity of Km 29 (after the silos on the right side of the road) you have arrived to the facility.
• For those coming from the north (from Grosseto) along the State Highway N. 1 Aurelia, continued for about 12 km after the South Grosseto, and exceeded the location Collecchio, take the exit on the left toward San Donato / Magliano in Toscana / Manciano / Saturnia, onto the Provincial Road N. 56 S. Donato; exceeded two squares, go straight, after about 2 km. by the second crossing you have arrived to the facility (before silos on the left side of the road);
• or, again coming from the north, yet continue State Highway No. 1 Aurelia, taking the exit (right side) of Talamone-Fonteblanda, continue for Fonteblanda for about 600 meters, turn left, continue for about 2 km, then turn right onto Provincial Road No. 56 S. Donato, and go straight (see last section above).
