exterior Ancient structures of XIX century, surrounded by the green of lemon groves. The house stands in a privileged position. It is situated in furore, the small “painted village”, seven km from the rocky cliffs of the divine coast.

It overlooks the beautiful Amalfi coast and also allowing the visitors to fully immerse themselves in the nature, in complete tranquillity and far from the city chaos.

The “eco dell’ 800”, has been recently restored, paying careful attention not to damage its original xix century structure, (it is a traditional amalfitan coast farmhouse). It has all the characteristic elements of this type of building. We have left intact the large and floodlit dome that characterizes the rooms. We have also reproduced some frescoes of the 1800, found on the walls.

L'Eco dell’800 was restored recently, trying not to damage its original XIX century structure in the respect of the local architectural traditions.

The wide and bright vaults in the bedrooms are still intact and the XIX century frescoes found on the walls of the building have been reproduced in other areas of the house.

Valuable materials have been used for the restoration of floors, staircases, bathrooms and light fitting, such as cotto D’Este and hand-painted pottery from Vietri sul Mare.

The period furniture gives a special touch to the interior decoration.
The house has 5 rooms, a brightly coloured internal staircase and a large breakfast hall with air conditioned.

double room The rooms for the visitors are five. Every room is very elegantly furnished and characterized by the reproductions of the frescoes, majolica tiles and ancient vaulted ceilings which reflect the typical structure of the buildings along the Amalfitan coast. They are all equipped with a bathroom including a shower and hairdryer. In every room there is an air-condition, colour TV and heating system. From four of these rooms, it is possible to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the coast and the sea view. Three of these rooms were furnished in a classical way and also have reproductions of Monet like “Rayòn du soleil, Coquelicots, and The Promenade”. The other two rooms were furnished in a more modern way and have reproductions of Van Gogh like “Notti stellate and il Giardino”.
The structure has been recently restructured and very elegantly furnished to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Every room is equipped with all necessary things. The price of every room includes a buffet breakfast where you can choose from coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, orange juice, season fruits, marmalade, cakes, fruit cakes and much more and it is served either in the lobby or else on a panoramic terrace.

How to reach Townhouse Suite L'Eco dell'800

By car
- From North Italy
Reach Naples by A1 highway then take A3 highway exit at Castellammare di Stabia and take the SS366 in direction Gragnano, Pimonte, Agerola.
You will find the street for Furore after approx. 4,5 km on the left hand side.
- From South Italy:
Reach Salerno by A3 and then take the SS 163 Amalfitana, in direction Vietri sul Mare, Cetara, Maiori, Minori, Amalfi, then Agerola, Furore. You will find the street for Furore.


By train
The nearest railway stations are Salerno and Naples. From Salerno station you can take the bus leaving to Amalfi or rent a car. If you arrive at Napoli railway station you can take the train, called Circumvesuviana to Castellammare di Stabia and then the bus from Furore.



By airplane
We provide a pick up service upon request from Naples Capodichino airport. Otherwise, you can take a bus from the centre of Naples and than take Sita from Furore.
