The hotel is very good located near every spot in Florence (5 - 10 min walk). Room was very clean and plesant for this price in a city like Florence.

No service, lift not operational, 100 steps to room, no assistance with luggage, request to changed rooms refused, charged extra 20 euros over quoted price because it was a saturday night. Moved out a day early. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. Poor shower.
