Casa dolce Casa stands in a privileged position, in the heart of the historical centre of Florence: it is just a few steps from the San Lorenzo market, 5 minutes by walk to Santa Maria Novella railway station and it is very close to the main places of artistic and cultural interest of Florence (the Brunelleschi’s Dome, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio).

I signori del B&B sono molto gentili e disponibili. La colazione è varia ed abbondante. Le stanze semplici e pulite. Il B&B è a 3 minuti dal mare e dai mezzi( autobus, traghetti, treni) per spostarsi comodamente sia verso le Cinque Terre che verso sud (Tellaro è bellissima, la consigliamo...)

we visited florence to see and visit many things, we needed a place where we could have a good night rest, casa dolce casa was perfect. It was in nearby the station, the cultural centre, many stores and good trattoria's nearby. Just perfect. The welcoming was very friendly and correct.

The place was good. The only problem was the noise from outside for the room on the road site and the heating because we think that the apartment was a cold (minimum heating in some hours was fixed at 14.8°C!) And it was December (Christmas holidays).

Exit from the motor way Florence Nord:
Follow the indication to go to centre. From "Fortezza da Basso" , take the road "Viale Spartaco Lavagnini". when you find the first traffic lights turn on the right side to "V.Santa Caterina d'Alessandria" Then you pass 50 mts, turn left to "Via delle Ruote". Then come untill you find "Via Santa Reparata" and turn on the right, when you find " Via XXVII Aprile" turn to right side and pass 50mts the first street on the left is " Via San Zanobi". Then 100 mts you will find on the right N°27 "Casa dolce Casa".

BY TRAIN:
From the station of the centre "Santa Maria Novella" to reach our structure easy to come by walking within 5 minuts. When you come out from the station, from your left side, find the street call "Via Nazionale", also to make sure, from the first traffic light turn in to the right side to "Via Guelfa" then from the left side first street "Via San Zanobi". for 50 mts go direct, and on the left you will find N° 27 "Casa dolce Casa". By PLANE:
Take the shuttle bus in front of the "DEPRARTURES". It will take you to the central train station. You can buy tickets on the bus or at the bar of the airport and than follows the direction from the train station.
