San Martino di Castrozza is a ski area in eastern Trentino. The resort has a perfect mix of quality ski slopes and delicious local food. Modern lifts will get you around the group of peaks known as Carosello delle Malghe.
Useful Ski Info: Besides skiing and snowboarding, the area is ideal for mountaineering and snowshoeing excursions on the Pala Group, a gorgeous mountain range which is easily reachable through lifts. Cross-country skiing and nordic skiing are also popular in this area.
Lifts and Slopes in San Martino di Castrozza: 18 lifts, 60 km (37 mi) of slopes. Slopes include 24 blue, 17 red, 3 black. The Direttissima is a steep black slope on the Carosello delle Malghe. The Tognola Uno is famous for the Giant, Special and Super G competitions which take place here – thanks to the huge slope curves and sudden changes in steepness.

Seasonal activities include musical and themed events, but the pub typically acts as a place to rest between runs.
