The actual location of the hotle does not correspond to that on the Venere's website. It is a completely different part of town! The hotel is extremely big. No much personality. Very confortable and clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. The swimming pool, sauna and turkish bath were not working as they were being refurbished (this is not said on the website). Because of its location, you can move from the hotel only by taxi - 10/12 L. to S. Sofia and 5/7 to Taksim Square. The hotel restaurants are outrageously expensive. Breakfast (not included) is outrageously expensive too. We stayed one week.

I received the most excellent service and filled in one of the 'Heartfelt' forms, I think they were called. There were noisy works outside the entrance when I arrived but proved to be completed that day so was ok! It was a great location for the football match at Besiktas as I am the Club Dental Surgeon for Tottenham Hotspur. I had a wonderful time in your hotel, we won the game and next time I come to Istanbul, I will stay with you. Thank you all very much, Peter Rabin

This property was presented as having a view at the quoted price. When I arrived the desk clerk tried to assign me 2 rooms with no view. We argued for almost a 1/2 hour with him claiming hotel was full and telling me for ant=other $71 per day per room I could have a room .. and then finally relenting and giving me a room with a limited view. I did not get what I thought I was paying for.
