The hotel restaurant was very disappointing. In fact, I had to ask the manager if it were really the MAIN restaurant. No tablecloth at dinner! Food was only tolerable and very expensive. Breakfast buffet, however, was great.

A very smart and pleasant hotel to spend a night in, included was a basel card which gives free travel on the trams and buses. The restaurant had just been renovated and there was an excellent short menu which was good value. A pleasant place to stay

A luxurious hotel; near the airport and a short walk into the main town. I cannot fault the service or accommodation, but a word of warning to all who stay there, the food and drinks are very expensive.
