Very good quality for a 4 star, although rooms not overly spacious. But still a good price for an expensive city like Zurich. Excellent quality mattress pillows and bedsheets, small but functional shower room. Breakfast quite good but a little overpriced, although I enjoyed the fact that it included Champagne!

Excellent location. Walking distance of most sights, including tour boat departures, lake park and activities and old town. Very convenient to tram stops just 2 short blocks to #4 tram that goes straight to the train station. If you take a cab and the driver doesn't recognize the name (there are several "Swiss Quality" hotels), just say it's across from the Opera Hotel. The room was excellent--roomy, well appointed, clean and quiet. The beds are excellent by European standards. We wooudl recommend this hotel to anyone.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
