Our first visit to Switzerland was fabulous and this hotel did an excellent job of making our stay a fantastic time. The staff was cheery, helpful, and welcoming and the room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is situated within walking distance of all kinds of great things to check out and a short walk from the train station. Definately a very good hotel and well worth staying in if you're travelling to Luzern.

Hotel is in a noisy area near train station and on a busy street. No air conditioning, we were there during a heatwave and was bit miserable. Not really a 4 star property, very nice 3 star.

The hotel was lovely; incredible view from balcony. Front desk clerk was very accommodating and spoke excellent English. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant, Bolero. Rooms were smaller than envisioned through web site, of course, and we were surprised by how easily we heard people walking outside our room.

How to reach Cascada Swiss Quality Hotel
By car
From Zurich/Basel/Berne: motorway exit Luzern-Zentrum, direction Allmend, Kriens (take the right lane at the exit) pass 4 traffic lights, then take the left lane, and turn left into the first street, Moosstraße. Drive straight on until the roundabout at Bundesplatz square. The hotel lies at a few meters.
From Gotthard/Italy: take motorway exit Luzern-Süd, turn right at the traffic light in direction of Luzern-See. Keep the right lane. Turn right at the third traffic light in direction of Verkehrshaus, Küssnacht. Drive straight on until the roundabout at Bundesplatz square. The hotel lies at a few meters.
By train
After leaving the train station by taking the left exit Zentralstraße or the underpass Zentralstraße, walk following this street along the railway tracks until its end, where you see Capitol in big letters on the top of a building. At the corner between Zentralstraße and Bundesplatz, turn right, Cascada Swiss Quality Hotel will be right in front of you!
