We very much enjoyed the holiday spent at the Gstaaderhof Hotel and in the Gstaad - Saanenland area. The room was just as expected from a good four-star hotel, breakfast was very good and the hotel staff was most helpful and friendly. There are pleasant get-togethers on Sunday and several tours organized by the hotel.

I loved this hotel. One of our best choices. Personnel were kind and ready to assist you. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was generous and complete. The breakfast area was really nice as well. Passengers were even welcomed by the owners of the hotel in person with a free drink and buffet. A treat not usual at all. Besides, our room had a nice view to the mountains! I recommend this hotel without a doubt. Price was high but it was worth it.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 3 p.m. The reception is staffed around the clock, but we kindly ask our guests, if at all possible, to arrive at the hotel not later than 8 p.m. We ask guests to call us in case of later arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The breakfast buffet is included in the price.
Covered parking is not included and costs CHF 13,00 daily.
The shuttle service from and to the train station is included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation without penalty is possible until 16:00 hours
hotel time, 7 days prior to arrival.
1 overnight might be charged after cancellation deadline.
