Excellent service, very considerate employees, appropriate room equipment, right price relative to other Geneva hotels, but depressing decoration, particularly in public areas.The bar is very gloomy indeed.

I will not come again as the hotel not worth 4 stars. The price too high and the staff is not too helpful. The breakfast too bad as they will not refill the food such as egg and saeuage.......

This seemed to be more of a commercial hotel. We only stayed one night and it would not have been suitable for a onger stay in Geneva

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation.
