This hotel was great. the staff was very nice and accomodating. We were a block from the train that took us to the downtown area. Quite area. Only downside, the site listed laundry room but only laundry service is available.

Did not meet our expectations. Rooms were adequate although small, especially for the price. Hotel was a significant distance from old town and other tourist sites.

The rooms were nice, although a bit small. The bathrooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I booked the hotel, I thought it was a bit closer to the old city of Bern than it actually was. We didn't mind the longer walk, except when we got caught in a thunderstorm!
