The Michelangelo Swiss Quality Hotel is a small and elegant property, situated in a quiet position at the Monte Verità of Ascona, with fabulous view of the Lago Maggiore, the Brissago islands and the Ticino Alps. Located only 10 minutes on foot from the center of the artists and the fishing village, the hotel is the ideal starting point to walk in the surroundings or to make boat tours on the lake.
The property offers its guests Italian flair, familiar cordiality and personal service with heated swimming pool, bar with TV and sofas, restaurant/breakfast room, bicycles, garage, laundry service and a staff available at the reception from 8 a.m to 10 p.m to provide information and to satisfy requests.

By car
Coming from the North through the Gotthard tunnel take the exit Bellinzona Sud/Locarno, following the direction to Locarno. After the Locarno tunnel, take the exit Ascona. In the city center of Ascona, at the UBS Bank, turn right into Via Collina until uphill and you will see the Hotel Michelangelo (a light blue building) on the left.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from midday to 9.30 p.m. Later arrivals must be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11.30 a.m.
