Hotel Super 8 Union Square San Francisco - San Francisco

FYI this is now a super 8. there is another S-8 downtown so make sure you get the address correct. this is 415 o'farrell. 1st: the gentlemen at the front desk were great. super friendly and accommodating. they respected my odd schedule. thanks guys! 2nd: my room was compact, but had everything i needed. spacious bath and all was immaculately clean. the bed was wonderful, very high, super comfy with amazingly soft sheets. large TV with good cable. 3rd: you can't beat the location. 1 block to the NW to dottie's for breakfast, 1 block E to Naan N Curry (24/7) and many, many others. 2 blocks E to powell and cable car. 3 blocks E to macys and shops. about 5 to the bart and muni. o'farrell's mini-mart next door is open late. 4th: you'll find it hard to beat the price. the hilton and nikko are 1/2 a block away. love you guys.....gg

You are in the Tenderloin!! Good value if you can enjoy and adapt to the area. Wife and I LOVE it! You gotta do breakfast at Dotties True Blue Cafe!!! But go early before the line forms.

My family and me stayed for two days in San Francisco, but only one night in Alexanders hotel. The receptionist, the man who was when we arrived , should be more friendly and smile a little with the guests to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel has a good localization with good restaurants and coffees close to it.

Good situation Small roms but clean A little bit noisy in the morning because of the street

Our experience is deeply negative. The hotel reception boy did not find our internet reservation (we had sms confirmation from Venere, which we presented) and was not even sorry about it. Instead, in order 'to help' us, he proposed us four (two couples) to stay in one room with two beds but.. for the same price of 2 rooms! Of course, we refused and booked another hotel.

I changed the second day to other hotel
