Located in the centre of Rovigno (Rovinj), in the old town, "Geranio" is a beautiful three stars studio flat ideal for couples. It includes a small kitchen, a nice bathroom with shower, a double bed and a comfortable sofa. The flat, close to the beaches, is furnished and provided with all comforts (except for a washing machine): satellite television, air conditioning, a microwave oven, hairdryer, towels, sheets, blankets and dishes.
ATTENTION: during summer you have to make a reservation at least for 6 nights.

First visit to Rovinj, was not initially planned but very glad we went there. Lovely appartment in old town, easy stroll to great restaurants & just to explore the beautiful alleyways of old Rovinj. Need to be fit to get luggage up very steep stairs & roof very low over bed, but really a lovely place to stay

The photo's on the site don't show that the ceiling is very low, so half the room can't be used. Especially if your tall. Same problem in the shower. Location was very good though, close to the city.

We enjoyed our stay in Rovinj very much. the apartment suited our needs excellently, we were very much in the centre of the old town and had only a short walk to all the facitlities including the harbour.

Very close to the town centre. Good sized apartment and well equipped. Be aware that the apartment is at attic level so there are quite steep steps up and may not be suitable to all. Staff were friendly and helpful although be aware that if you need to leave before 7am then you have to pay a €10 surcharge for it being "out of hours".

A pleasant studio close to the restaurants and other facilities of the old peninsula town. Beware of the very steep stairs leading up this attic studio!

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Check-out: within 11:00 a.m. (from 7:00 a.m.)
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Bills and weekly cleaning included. Sheets will be changed every 4 days, while towels every 3.
Charged laundry service available by request. One can ask the contact person for any other service (such as baby sitting, luggage transport, taxi and so on).
With a surcharge one can check-in after 10:00 p.m or check-out before 07:00 a.m.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 30% of the price of the reservation will have to be paid by
client
by bank transfert. The hotel will contact the guests to provide them with
the
bank account information and the name of the person to contact at arrival.
In case of no show or late cancellation , the 30% deposit will be kept by
the hotel.
The remaining will have to be paid in cash.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
