This is a very nice place to stay, and for the price, you can't go wrong. The owner of the place is very friendly and helpful. The beach nearby is also one of the best beaches on the island.

This was our first visit to Santorini, and we wanted to stay near a beach. The 10 min. walk from the Studio Evizorzia Villas to the beach, or to the stores, was perfectly fine. There are plenty of tavernas to eat at nearby, or you can shop and cook at your villa. We had an excellant stay overall. Things you need to know: - if you arrive by ferry or plane, just take the bus into Fira, and then switch to bus to Perissa (about 2 euros/person per trip.) Forget trying to find a cab, and they will charge you 25 euros. If you rent a car, you will likely have to ask for directions once you get to Perissa town centre at main church. To reach the villas by bus, get off at the main church, and walk diagonlly up the hill at first, then straight up and it will go to villa entrance. Or get off at last stop in Perissa, and walk straight up hill about 350 m, and turn left, walk past 2 villas, and then you are at Evizorzia. About a 10 min walk with luggage. As there are no street addresses in Santorini, it is hard to get a clear location. Also note, Evizora charges an extra 6 euro/day to use air conditioning - or just go with the ceiling fan.

Good place to stay but perissa is not the better in santorin and no climatisation is very uncomfortable with 40 ° !!!

Evizorzia villas were fantastic. They are located about 10 mins walk to the beach, but set in a really quiet area. The shared areas are really clean and quiet with lots of tree shade and a nice(if small) pool. There is also a chapel. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are small but completly addequate with everything you need and perfectly clean. The best thing about evizorzia villas, is the location, they are peaceful and you feel that you are far from all the bars and craziness of the town. If you have any questions the staff are incredibly helpful, and value for money is excellant. I would reccomend these studios to anyone.

How to reach Studio Evizorzia Villas
By airplane
The flying time from Athens international airport to Santorini is approximately 40 minutes. Santorini national airport is located near Monolithos beach, about 15 km from Perissa. The transfer time between the hotel and the airport is about twenty minutes by public bus. Taxi service is available for connections to any part of the island.
On leaving the airport, take the main road towards the south of the island and follow the directions to Perissa.
By boat
To reach the island of Santorini there are daily ferry boat services connecting the Athens port of Piraeus to Fira's harbour, located 7 km away from the hotel. The boat trip takes about 8 hours by ferry and 5 hours by high-speed ferry. Taxis are easily found at the end of the wharf.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Check-in: the studios are available from midday. It is necessary to arrive at the property not later than midnight. We kindly ask guests to communicate later arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the studios not later than 11 a.m.
