Très bon séjour, juste un souci de climatisation dans les chambres

The room was verey hot the air conditioning didn't work. The breakfast was OK. The parking need to be for free...

We had a lovely stay, the staff in the breakfast-/Restaurant gave an ekstreme god service, we can highly recommend this hotel for any kind of stay.

Parking is a mess as clients take two parking places and no staff member ever takes any care. Very good hotel for a one-night stop)over would not say more as we did not stay longer.

Very happy with this Hotel. This is the 2nd time here and standards have remained very high. The area is less than exciting however there is a shopping Mall and cinema on a parallel street behind the Hotel, where you can dine and purchase those essentials, like a bottle of booze for the room! Close to the tram system allowing easy access to the City.

A perfect place to stay! Excellent service and quiet, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is perfect if you are heading north the next day. Ony 45 minutes drive to Bergamo Airport. The price on the room was very competitive. It's situated about 10 minutes by car north of Stazione Centrale.

Public areas recently renewed, but rooms only partially renewed; phone jack far from table, I had to move the notebook near to the bed. Wireless service available in public areas, provided by Megabeam. Good price/quality ratio for the rooms, high price for the restaurant.

We were only at the Starhotel Tourist overnight but the experience was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the employees were very professional. The breakfast included with the room was more than satisfactory.

This hotel is an absolute rip-off. The quality of the rooms is very poor, the service is even poorer. Overall grade: F

The staff were excellent, very helpful and were always available. The rooms were fine but a little small. The location of the hotel was fine once we had familiarised ourselfs with the public transport system, however more information on this would have been helpful.
