Very comfortable and clean room. Helpfull staff. Safe parking. It is an industrial area so there is nothing near if you want to eat or drink something. Poor breakfast and a little bit far from the center. We have read that there was a bus station close to hotel, but the routes were not often because it was weekend! So we were moving by car... and parking downtown was expensive!

That hotel in located in a suburb of Firenze. A train station is at walking distance from the hotel and 30 minutes from Firenze. Close to main roads and easy to find... with a good GPS ! The hotel surroundings are of a commercial and industrial nature.

Hotel could provide a menu for children. Hotel is very good and you need a car to visit Florence. It is worth than paying a lot to stay in the city center.

Very good hotel. We were suprised that its located behind a veterinary hospital, but it was just a bad impression. Excellent quality of service, rooms and breakfast. A little far from Firenze. Not recommended for people visiting Firenze without a car. Ther is a Shopping Mall 500m from the hotel I GIGLI.

My family and I spent a very enjoyable stay for 2 days at this hotel. The service and standard of the rooms provided was exceptionally high and I would definately stay there again. The only downfall was the situation of the hotel, as it was not near the centre of Florence. However the hotel also offers the use of a free shuttle service to and from the centre of Florence, although the time schedule of the service was poor and ended too early in the evening. Excellent breakfast and superb decor.

There where no pictures showing us what the hotel looked like.. but we were very impressed. Friendly and proffessionel atmosphere. Nice smell. Good dining. Excellent rooms. Great and very rich breakfast. A perfect stay for us.
